• CommuniCore Plaza: Lead ongoing lighting programming, maintaining and updating show files for seasonal entertainment and special events.
• CommuniCore Hall: Program new entertainment offerings, including GoofyCore, and maintain existing show files.
• Creative Programming: Develop lighting looks and update programming to accommodate new performances and production requirements.

Networking & Infrastructure

• Beyond programming, I help maintain and update lighting consoles, network processing units, DMX nodes, and infrastructure throughout CommuniCore and World Celebration Gardens.
  
• My extensive knowledge of the venue’s network infrastructure, Entertainment Equipment Rooms (EERs), and patch panels allows me to reroute connections and extend designated VLAN connectivity for special events and seasonal offerings. I also support fixture replacements, DMX repatching, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep the venue show-ready.

Documentation & Training

• I help develop operating procedures and training guidelines for CommuniCore Plaza and nighttime entertainment. I also train fellow Cast Members on ETC Eos programming, live busking, and using the show files I’ve created. My training includes familiarizing technicians with the venue’s network infrastructure, equipment locations, and troubleshooting procedures to help them confidently operate and maintain the lighting systems.
