Throughout the year, I serve in a variety of lighting roles supporting America Gardens Theatre’s seasonal entertainment offerings. These include lighting console operation, live busking, and lighting assistant positions, adapting to the unique needs of each production as showcased below.

What I do
Live Programming & Console Operations
Operating lighting consoles for seasonal entertainment and busking live performances, adapting lighting looks and effects to the energy of each show.
Technician Training
Training technicians in followspot and lighting assistant roles, supporting their understanding of operating procedures and responsibilities during live entertainment.
Documentation & Show Operations
Contributing to updates of venue documentation and supporting consistent operating practices across different seasonal productions.
Recently:
As part of the tech team at America Gardens Theatre, I assisted with a major lighting network infrastructure upgrade, integrating the stage into Disney’s global network.
My responsibilities included helping with readdressing DMX nodes and networked lighting equipment to align with the assigned IP addressing scheme, verifying VLAN configurations and network port assignments, and troubleshooting communication issues throughout the system.
Working alongside the team, I helped test and verify the lighting infrastructure to ensure all equipment was communicating properly and the venue was ready for the upcoming concert series.
